Long Day Up North

I would like to say that despite completely embarrassing myself due to my lack of fitness, I'm glad I was able to go mountain biking at Camp Tamarancho with Zachary and Nate and then quickly stopping by at Helen's bday in Golden Gate Park, and finishing the day off with a delicious meal at the Half Moon Bay Brewery.
