Uncle Eight

I would like to say that despite the first attempt ending up in gluey mashed potatoes, we ended up with an amazing turkey, super stuffing, great mashed potatoes, groovy green bean casserole, tasty rolls, perfect peas, fresh cranberry sauce, and yummy pumpkin and apple pies and I am stuffed.
