I would like to thank Dr. Bargar for letting Tim and I come watch a hip replacement this morning but say that waking up at 4AM for the second time this week is really taking its toll on my body.

I would like to say that I am pathetic for not voting today due to sheer laziness.

My Old Friend, The Gym

I would like to say that I feel sorry for Ash for having to go to Temecula immediately after the race and then have her flight delayed on the way home so she doesn't get home until midnight and that I hope she gets some sleep.

Triathlete Never Again

I would like to say that despite the misery of leg cramps throughout the entire race that prevented me from pushing it and forced me to stop numerous times, I am glad that this triathlon is over and I'm glad Ash did well.

Pregame Bathroom One Day Early

I would like to say that I hope I was able to hydrate and carb load enough today despite all my nervousness and hope I will survive tomorrow.
