I would like to say that we had a nice morning at Tahoe Donner State Park doing a nice walk and playing in the water some more before a pretty good drive home with a major diaper explosion on the way.

Enjoying The Weather

I would like to say that despite all of Ali's freaking out, I think we enjoyed our time at the Tahoe Donner Beach and RaiRai liked playing in the sand and water and it was nice to enjoy some wine and pasta for dinner after the kiddos went to bed.

Playing With Loup And Elaine

I would like to thank Neeraj and Aparna for enjoying one more breakfast with us before they headed up to Napa and say that I'm glad our drive to Tahoe went alright despite my mini migraine that at least disappeared after an hour and a half nap.

I would like to say that I'm glad we decided not to drive to Tahoe tonight since Ash and I are both exhausted but I'm bummed that we didn't make it long enough to hang out with Neeraj and Aparna tonight.

I would like to congratulate my brother, Carolina, and Ariana on their lovely baby girl Leila who was born this morning, thank Michael, Glenda, and Marty for hosting us for a tasty lunch today in San Jose, and also thank Polina and Matt for coming over for takeout Bangkok Cuisine this evening so that we can keep RaiRai on her schedule to get her fully back on the right time zone.

Last Day Of Me Dropping RaiRai Off

I would like to say that my second game this week went well although I am still sore and that although Ash didn't love it, I thought our Munchery meal was pretty decent, although not exactly healthy.

The Exhaustion Is Setting In

I would like to say that although I felt great playing last night, the soreness has set in and I am clearly not in shape yet but I'm glad RaiRai finally took a good nap early at daycare today as she's transitioning into our timezone.

Waking RaiRai Up To Get Her Back On Schedule

I would like to say that I don't believe that RaiRai is really sick and that she's getting over her cold and the fact that she threw up was just a result of all the mucus she has in her chest but it was nice to get to hang out with her this afternoon and it felt great to play soccer again and I surprisingly didn't feel that out of shape.

I would like to congratulate Cuso on his newfound happiness with his meds and hope that one of these biddies that he's chatting up starts to work out.

Back At Work Again

I would like to say that it was nice being back at work and I'm glad RaiRai seemed to adjust back to daycare pretty well except for the short naps in the morning and the fact that she fell asleep at 3PM and didn't wake up until Ash picked her up.

Home Sweet Home

I would like to say that it's great being back home after an amazing trip and I hope RaiRai gets over this cold fast and more importantly I hope she gets over this jetlag fast because waking up from 3-5am is going to be pretty difficult.

From Fruhlingsfest To Home

I would like to thank Genny for showing us around Munich and finding Ash some tasty Kaesespaetzle at Ratskeller for lunch on our last day in Europe and say that Lufthansa is a nice airline to fly, but getting RaiRai sick before the flight sucked and we're never doing a bassinet row again since it just results in less space and RaiRai kept trying to crawl out.

Caves, Alpine Slides, And Roller Coaster Restaurants

I would like to thank Grace for taking the day off today and driving us all around to visit Pottenstein for a cave tour and alpine slides, a brewery for a delicious lunch where Ash made an 80 year old lunch, and the incredible roller coaster restaurant with everything automated.

Serenaded Before Bed

I would like to thank Andre for taking the morning off and taking us to our first biergarten for lunch and Genny for walking around Nurnberg with us all day to check it out and say that our turkish dinner was pretty tasty.

Forts, Castles, And Rainbows

I would like to say that today was a great drive picking up Genny in Munich and arriving in Nurnberg to Grace, Andre, and Jordan's awesome apartment and eating a traditional meal of Nurnberg sausages and Potato Backers.

Beautiful Weather In Salzburg And Wolfgangsee

I would like to thank Prof. Boerner and Adelheid for a wonderful tour of the Wolfgangsee including a tasty lunch at the White Horse restaurant and a walk through downtown Salzburg followed by a delicious dinner of homemade mozzarella and tomato salad and an incredibly delicious bottle of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru to finish off the night

Finally Hit The ATM

I would like to say that our drive from Zurich to Abtenau, Austria took a lot longer than expected, but went smoothly with one awkward stop at a bakery where we couldn't pay since we didn't have any Euros but our traditional Austrian dinner with Prof. Boerner and his wife was extremely delicious and overly filling.

More Relaxed Day In Switzerland

I would like to thank Sara and Tim for joining us for our stops in Interlaken for tasty Italian lunch and quick drive through Luzern on the way back to their super cool apartment in Zurich and a quick walk around Zurich and a delicious Indian meal for dinner.

Most Epic Day

I would like to say that today was extremely epic starting with new tires, checking out the village of Gruyere, then meeting Cyntia for a tour of the Cailler chocolate factory, then Tim, Sara, and Matt in Bulle to start our epic hike to Chalet du Soldat that pushed us to our limits finally ending with Ash and RaiRai and Sara getting a ride on the snowmobile quad to the Chalet for a delicious fondue meal and first meeting of the Swiss Scotch Club.

Picturesque Geneva Lake

I would like to thank Julien for showing us around Geneva Lake today with a lovely tour of Chateau de Chillon, a beautiful hike through the hills of wine country and along the lake, and a delicious fish dinner at his parent's house after I ruined their gate.

Playing At Heathrow

I would like to say that I'm impressed RaiRai slept for about 7 hours of the 10 hour flight and that I can't believe Ash didn't sleep at all until the flight to Geneva but it let me get to drink her bottle of wine.
