My First Home

I would like to say that it was great to see the first apartment I came home to in this world and then cruise onwards to lovely Mint Hill, NC just outside of Charlotte.

The Birthplace

I would like to say that it's mighty embarrassing getting fully drenched in sweat just walking from the Duke hospital to Cameron Indoor Stadium but it was all good after a delicious meal in Chapel Hill at Brixx followed by Lickety Split milkshakes.

Thunder Thai's

I would like to say that driving through thunderstorms really slowed us down but we ended the day in sunny Raleigh with some delicious food from Lemongrass with Dinu, Anand, Joyce, Sarah, and Karinn.

Delightful Packing

I would like to say that there's nothing like running 4 miles in hot sweaty weather, meeting Les at North Park, taking a quick tour of Pittsburgh with the fam, eating some delicious Ethiopian food, and watching my brother fill his car with absolute garbage to take all the way to Miami and watch his gf make him throw it all out.

Welcome to the 'Burgh

I would like to compliment Airtran for making both of my flights arrive on time so that I could meet my bro and mom on time in this muggy Pittsburgh weather.

Thank You Lockout Service

I would like to say that I am pleased with Rains' lockout service that just let me back into my apartment preventing a sure disaster with my flight tomorrow although this never will happen in two weeks when I move into 3198 Maddux whose lease we just signed today.

Alpine Inn

I would like to say that Delainy Jr is almost as entertaining as Delainy Sr, although Jr is far cuter.

I Ain't Got No Control

I would like to sort of thank Dr. Stone and Tom for convincing me to get an X-ray of my hand which revealed a small non-displaced fracture of my metacarpal and will let me enjoy this obnoxious splint for nearly two weeks but it's all good because Eddie Money played Take Me Home Tonight and Two Tickets to Paradise each twice tonight.

Stuffed to the Brim

I would like to thank Ashley for being a good sport and still wanting to play racquetball even though I beat her mercilessly and then for cooking scrumptious teriyaki chicken lettuce wraps and chicken stuffed acorn squash so that I went to bed really full again.

My Wrist F'in Hurts

I would like to say that the USPS drop boxes in Rains are a pain in the ass because they barely function especially when you know they contain a ballin 49ers t-shirt, that Def Leppard, Poison, and Cheap Trick will be spectacular, and that winning a soccer game 3-2 with a last minute goal off a corner kick is a spectacular way to end the night even though my wrist is busted.

Veterinary House

I would like to thank Brendan for showing us what is likely our new home for the upcoming year - complete with raspberries, blackberries, peaches, roses, wisteria, lilac, and makeout bench, Megan and Ashley for joining Paul and I on the racquetball court, and then all three of them for hopefully enjoying my venture into BBQ chicken pizza that I thought turned out pretty damn scrumptious.

Swimming Through The Crowd

I would like to say that even though it was by a girl in Stanford team cap, it's still particularly embarrassing to get lapped in the swimming pool about every 75 meters.

Lazy Beach

I would like to say that although today was tremendously lazy, I did enjoy sprinting full speed down the sidewalk at Ocean Beach with Ash and there's nothing better than randomly running into Andrew Chang on the Caltrain even though he's apparently moved to DC.

Sent-Off to Nowhere

I would like to commend Ash, Polina, and Helen on a tremendous West Coast wedding reception "Send-Off" party for Hanna and Seth featuring even more tremendously delicious food.

Shilpi vs. NEV

I would like to thank Shilpi for driving Brandon and I to get milkshakes from J in the B and also thank Dan for showing us a tiny house that's pretty much already leased.

Not Really Hungover

I would like to commend The Hangover for being an excellent movie although it left me in a weird position half feeling like I should be drinking heavily and half feeling like I should be really hungover.

Offensive Juggernaut

I would like to commend our team on outshooting the other guys like 70-3 tonight and although we only came away with a 5-3 victory, we totally outplayed them.

Them Hens Got Game

I would like to say that even though I lost to Chris at racquetball today, the Cornish Game Hens I made for myself and Ash tonight turned out so damn delicious.

Sears Sucks

I would like to let everyone know that ordering online and then dealing with merchandise "pickup" at Sears is a terrible disaster and I don't recommend it at all.

Dehydration Sucks

I would like to say that I really got my ass handed to me today mountain biking with only a front brake and then running out of water and feeling like I was about to die but eating ice cream cake with Jenny, her parents, Leslo, and Brandon was a real treat.

Lazy Saturday

I would like to say that although it still qualifies as a lazy Saturday, I'm glad that we were able to squeeze in a hike in Marin with Ali, Ash, and Fatso, whose real name I probably won't ever remember.

Potential House

I would like to say that I hope I impressed Fatso with my impressive ability to have a guy buy me a beer at R Bar tonight and that we may have found a potential house on Park Blvd.

Master Planzer

I would like to congratulate Chris, Shilpi, and Brandon for all successfully celebrating their birthdays today and really hope that Shilpi will try to stay thin and clean Panzer's room and that Tim and Brandon will be friends 4ever.

1st Goal

I would like to say that although I'm still not in shape yet, I'm satisfied with a goal and an assist in our 3-2 victory this evening.

I would like to state that The Rock is still one of the best movies ever and I can't believe Ash had never seen the whole thing.

Laundry Run

I would like to deny the fact that my ability to run the second half of today's jaunt just as fast as the first half means that I wasn't really pushing myself.

Casa de Fruta

I would like to say that despite minor traffic issues and delightful cow farms, Ash and I had a smooth ride home and on top of that, fried chicken is f'in delicious.

Glenlivet 18, OE, and Top Gun

90 Minutes

I would like to thank Ashley for making me suffer for 90 minutes of soccer but also thank her for making that drive to LA manageable.

4th Planning and the Italian Spine Surgeon

I would like to state how impressed I am with how quickly Biagio and BT Porter put together the plans for this weekend after I told him we were coming and also state how great it was to beat this spine surgeon at racquetball especially when he sounded like he was straight from the Sopranos.
